A Visible Placement Area in an Amenity Space

The fridge should be in a location residents naturally pass through or spend time in — a fitness center, lounge, or common area works well.

Access to a Standard Power Outlet

A standard 110V outlet in the placement area is all that's needed for power. No special electrical work or infrastructure required.

Occasional Access for Restocking

We'll coordinate restocking visits in advance. Access is typically brief and can be scheduled to work around your property's preferences.
